another sat training gone.was raining early into training.no lightning though.sad:(.haha anyway there was relay at the end of training today.the teams were quite balanced.mine rightfully should have won more.well at least my team with ron, l'il pipsqueak, liwen, sangjoo(can't remember the rest) managed to beat russ's team in all but backststroke.hahaha.mark chong and ben yeo are in kl for the asian schools.hopefully they buy us something.shana conveniently forgot to bring stuff she bought from mexica today.haha.at least she bought something.haha.i want my sombrero so i can take a proper siesta and andrew wants his mexican jumping beans.hopefully we'll get it next week...

and so finally the local swimming calender for schools is over.time for retirement and all that stuff.was very surprised to see that the j2s and the rest still bothered to come down on sat.haha possibly lured or tricked with the promise of relay.too bad guys.maybe this sat.pls come down so that we can have a bigger team
still remember, albeit vaguely my last school nats year.super sad sia cannot swim in front of the school anymore and hear your team, your school cheering for you.will always treasure the memories of school nats.maybe its good that we move on so that we dont always take good things for granted and waste it.oh well i dont know
training intensity has been stepped up.if you're at my current fitness level you'll feel even a small change.usually cannot keep up but somehow ppl still keep asking me to go first.haha.do i look fast to you all?!!hopefully everyone will still train sometimes.esp on weekends so that we can see how fat each other have become.haha

man it felt really awesome being back at sch nats again watching everyone compete. wish i could turn back time. don't really mind going through all those hard training sessions again just to compete at sch nats/sea age trips. to all the young ones out there, do treasure ur time while ur still competing cos u'll definitely feel a sense of emptiness when u stop. u'll feel really free in the evenings haha. anyway finally a grand slam for the raffles family. really proud of u guys. and yeah i agree with ben, we need to update this blog more often man. it's to keep us oldies updated on whats going on in the swimming scene even thou we've retired haha. esp gossips like who likes who and who keeps false starting at trg *cough cough mark chong*.

haha okay i finally managed to do it.enjoy.you may want to turn your volume up a little to hear what parker said to her at the end.and i think i should explain the video.parker was shitting in the toilet and then everyone just burst into my room (the mob was led by nicky, obviously trying to get shuyong to latch onto another guy) and they put shuyong there in front of the door.haha and obviously parker heard people laughing so i guess he suspected something.ya.thats about it.by the way.parker was hiding in the shower.haha oh if you look carefully at the start, you can see nicky running around in my room.

Equipment: get four friends,pack of cards and of course a bb gun!!!
How to play:like normal dai dee except if you lose you shoot youself in the leg.haha bad dai dee players beware.

so russ, zach ,rainer and i started the game(at first christel was there bit after the first shot she zao dunno why also),first shot went to russ!!haha.loser think he or rainer got shot the most followed by zach.yours truly only got shot once owing to his great prowess in dai dee.haha damn fun we should do it another time.and now pic of russ's multiliated back to entertain you

okay guys ill update you since i havent been posting.since jerome kept asking us for a kraken and we really couldnt find any squid soft toy (at the hk version of sea world, mind you), ben with too much time on his hands decided to get jerome a packet of his very own KRAKEN CRACKERS.okay well not his very own.he stuck a picture of a kraken over the prawn picture on a packet of a certain companys prawn crackers.im not mentioning which company, but it sounds vaguely like balbee.or falbee.okay?and at the back he blanco-ed out all the prawns and replaced them with kraken.it really makes you wonder if bens really as busy as he claims, not coming for training at all.
