another sat training gone.was raining early into training.no lightning though.sad:(.haha anyway there was relay at the end of training today.the teams were quite balanced.mine rightfully should have won more.well at least my team with ron, l'il pipsqueak, liwen, sangjoo(can't remember the rest) managed to beat russ's team in all but backststroke.hahaha.mark chong and ben yeo are in kl for the asian schools.hopefully they buy us something.shana conveniently forgot to bring stuff she bought from mexica today.haha.at least she bought something.haha.i want my sombrero so i can take a proper siesta and andrew wants his mexican jumping beans.hopefully we'll get it next week...

treasuring memories

and so finally the local swimming calender for schools is over.time for retirement and all that stuff.was very surprised to see that the j2s and the rest still bothered to come down on sat.haha possibly lured or tricked with the promise of relay.too bad guys.maybe this sat.pls come down so that we can have a bigger team
still remember, albeit vaguely my last school nats year.super sad sia cannot swim in front of the school anymore and hear your team, your school cheering for you.will always treasure the memories of school nats.maybe its good that we move on so that we dont always take good things for granted and waste it.oh well i dont know
training intensity has been stepped up.if you're at my current fitness level you'll feel even a small change.usually cannot keep up but somehow ppl still keep asking me to go first.haha.do i look fast to you all?!!hopefully everyone will still train sometimes.esp on weekends so that we can see how fat each other have become.haha
amanda would be coming back soon.errr 28th if i'm not wrong so guys ace outing soon pls.haha.maybe i should try to get her down for a swim sometime(kinda hard there).ok gotta go guys.dont mind pls update more

grats to raffles

man it felt really awesome being back at sch nats again watching everyone compete. wish i could turn back time. don't really mind going through all those hard training sessions again just to compete at sch nats/sea age trips. to all the young ones out there, do treasure ur time while ur still competing cos u'll definitely feel a sense of emptiness when u stop. u'll feel really free in the evenings haha. anyway finally a grand slam for the raffles family. really proud of u guys. and yeah i agree with ben, we need to update this blog more often man. it's to keep us oldies updated on whats going on in the swimming scene even thou we've retired haha. esp gossips like who likes who and who keeps false starting at trg *cough cough mark chong*.

RAFFLES ROYAL FLUSH

and so i post again.today was the school national finals.big congrats to Raffles.they manage to win the elusive grand slam this year.good job guys
went down to have dinner with them after i booked out from camp.went late sia.what to do came out at 6 only.took a half day off tomorrow so won't have to rush back
well guess training now is gonna be quite boring with many of them retiring already.yea well we should probably form a retirees lane on sats just for relay.haha bet we'll piss uncle pk off.or at least i will.k enough for now.ciao

sup guys haven't visit for a long long time and NO ONE has bothered to update.twits.guess everyone is quite busy now with the usual updaters either not in singapore or having a levels this year

been going training for most of this week since I'm on off-in-lieu from ovl(cant say much there or i'll have to kill everyone who reads this.though not gng to say how).now with the school nats on and the group from vietnam training with us.sat training was crazy like min 20 ppl per lane.but felt super old swimming with all the young ones.until marcus came.hahaha

finals dinner on wed.was invited but wil see whether i can make it.sad that the old boys gotta pay for ourselves.haha.heard that kristian/andrew/gen.BIG hint there:)
