zomg.That's russ' and my bleeding fingers. We had lactic acid test today at trg. usually the 7X200m is more painful than the finger pricks but somehow today it was the other way round, IMO. Our fingers were pricked 7 times man. Some unfortunate ppl had to have their fingers pricked more than that due to lousy pricking techniques by some of the officials lol. Anyway most of us did better times than the previous lactic acid test. Better swim timings and our lactic didnt build up so fast.

After trg we were abit boliao so we just decided to do some stupid pose and Russ suggested macho man pose so yeah there it is. Look at looney's pose lol. He's a natural. Probably been practising that pose in front of the mirror for ages LAWL. Good way to end the day's trg haha.
