Ace Breakfast

We ate at long john silvers for breakfast and everyone finished their breakfast except russell who had to have people to help him lol. After that we went to shop for groceries at NTUC coz some of them are going for Sea Age group tmr.


Look at Ryan's happy face lol. Really stocking up on cup noodles for the swim meet man. i foresee him having a good time over there haha.



Ronald on the other hand was shopping for other stuff LOL. Now we know the other side of King Kong:P

Later, we had a "lonely heart's club" outing LAWL. Consisted of just ryan, ben and me. I being the president, Ben being the vice and ryan being the treasurer haha. But ben's been unloyal to the club so imma kick him out soon hahaha.

Anyway, ALL THE BEST for the trip guys! Have fun but don't forget abt the rest of us trg in singapore. Now the rest of us will have longer massage slots haha. Go out again when u guys are back.

Life at ACE

zomg.That's russ' and my bleeding fingers. We had lactic acid test today at trg. usually the 7X200m is more painful than the finger pricks but somehow today it was the other way round, IMO. Our fingers were pricked 7 times man. Some unfortunate ppl had to have their fingers pricked more than that due to lousy pricking techniques by some of the officials lol. Anyway most of us did better times than the previous lactic acid test. Better swim timings and our lactic didnt build up so fast.

After trg we were abit boliao so we just decided to do some stupid pose and Russ suggested macho man pose so yeah there it is. Look at looney's pose lol. He's a natural. Probably been practising that pose in front of the mirror for ages LAWL. Good way to end the day's trg haha.

Wow server is under maintenance tonight T.T, so tues is one of the only days when i can be bothered to surf the net, otherwise i'd just be on wow til i cant keep my eyes opened anymore.
